Bespoke Training Programmes 

We offer a variety of bespoke programmes, for triathlonswimmingcycling or running. These are programmes built specifically for you to meet your objectives, and working around your time. 

Written and designed by head coach Mark Pearce, these allow you to have a whole triathlon programme designed for you or a specific discipline if that is what you need.  Let the expert take the load and help you towards a faster, more rewarding performance.

If you are a keen triathlete who is used to regular training, but need more guidance or want the confidence of following a well-designed plan that works for you and your time then these programmes are for you!

The duration of your plan is flexible, with a minimum of 2 months.  So whether you want a plan to get you to a race in 2 months or one years time, this programme will work for you. We will work to whatever big or small goals you have along the way.

We use technology to help balance your training and life to make it simple, objective and enjoyable.  All programmes require a power meter for cycling (smart trainer or PM), and ideally a Stryd running power meter, although these are not compulsory.  For swim programmes, you just need a pool and some of the basic toys. 

If you choose one of the discipline-specific options, we fit in with your other training, that you want to set.   So if you choose the bike programme, and have swim club sessions on certain days, and tri club run sessions on others, we work with that to ensure you can get the most out of our programme AND your own.

How it Works

Step 1

Get in touch and find out our availability.  You need to provide us with a little info as well so we can determine the best way to start.  This includes:

  • Your details
  • Which Bespoke Programme you want to undertake
  • Your main aims
  • When you want to start
  • What equipment you have.

Step 2

Once we arrange a start date, we need more info, this time we want to get to know you, what time you have, what training you have done before etc.  Will also want some specific training data so we understand your current strengths and weaknesses. 

You will need to attach your Training Peaks account to ours. We also create an account for you on our web platform which will have lots of useful information. 

Step 3

Periodisation - we use the ATP tab in Training Peaks to outline the phases of training and training loads through to your target events

The first two months of training will be loaded to Training Peaks for you to undertake. 

In our member's area on our website, there are helpful articles on common technology issues, training terms, videos with drills and much much more that will help you to undertake the programme.

Step 4

1-week before the end of your plan you will get an automated email with a quick questionnaire.  This is a chance to update us on your availability or if circumstances have changed, or if you are not sure about something.   We use this information to create the next part of the programme.

Step 5

We review your data, check it's proceeding as planned, and adapt or continue the plan as necessary.  There will also be a short summary of how it has been going. 

We upload the next two months of training. 

Step 6

If you want to consult us about the programme, or you need to change the direction you can book an appointment with us (for an additional cost) via our app.  

You can cancel your programme at any time after two months, with one month's notice, even if you haven't reached your target event.

  • Option to upgrade your Basic Training Peaks Account to Premium for £10pm, compared to £20pm through Training Peaks directly
  • 15% off a Stryd Power meter for running
  • Your own member's area on our web platform, which has information to help you through your programme as well as other interesting tips we don't release publicly. 
  • Your Annual Training Plan
  • The option to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time (i.e. go from a single discipline to triathlon or vice versa)
